Yin Yang Yoga 

Yin and Yang is the symbol of polarities, that people encounter everywhere in this dualistic world. Yin is the principle of the feminine, receptive, still, intuitive and meditative quality, while Yang is the principle of the masculine, active and expressing quality.  The practices will help you to create balance and create space to grow.

The moon cycle provides a clear picture of an active energy and a relaxed energy. You will have information about life according to the Moon phases specially the power to manifest you dream with the New Moon. You will learn when you can best start new plans and projects and when you can celebrate succes. Let it go is also focus here.  

An amazing yin classe connected with the phase of the New moon will be part of this journey. 

Sacred Cacao ceremony 

Drinking one of our earth’s most precious gifts, sacred cacao (chocolate before processing), while enjoying the deeply transformative practice of Yin Yoga .Working with ceremonial cacao is an opportunity for you to access deep parts of yourself that are here to assist you in creating personal transformation, a stronger trust, deeper surrender, and a more profound and joyous connection to your heart, spirit and All That Is. During the Cacao Ceremony, there is increased blood flow and nutrition to the brain, heart and skin so that the whole body is nourished. 

Transformational Shamanic Breathwork

Like shamans using plant medicine, we use our breath to experienced non-ordinary states of consciousness and brain waves, moving beyond our perceptions and stories.

This experience is an invitation to feel whatever is arising, bringing your Breath into those sensations, feelings and experience how with conscious breathing you are able to transform it.

With no pause between inhale and exhale, the focus is always on inhale while exhale is passive as diaphragm relaxes, the exhale will naturally release 70% of the toxins from our lungs- which makes it a perfect therapy for retreats where we are detoxifying on multiple levels.In this state, not only visions and insights can come up but also stress and tension able to be released from the body as well as trauma able to rise to the awareness for it to be felt, expressed, released and integrated. Your facilitator, Ksenia, is very passionate about sharing Breathwork which activates your own inner healer and takes you on the journey of self discovery, self acceptance and letting go of the past from inside out. 

A Mayan Water Ceremony on the beach 

It is a traditional healing ritual of feminine nature. The purpose of the ceremony is to release and cleanse any energies we carry in the mental, emotional, physical or spiritual body that we are ready to let go of. It is a creative offering to oneself, the feminine energy within us, our bodies and the womb of Mother Earth. The partricipants are guided in the creation of various altars around a vessel dug into the Mother Earth where offerings and prayers are placed. During the ceremony the Mayan spirits and the 260 days of then Mayan calendar are called forth to assist in the healing of all present. The mayan spirits, also known as the Nawales are powerful archetypal forces of nature that can help us to align once again with the truth of our spirit, therefore clarifying for us the direction and path forth in life.

Rape is a powerful way to cleanse yourself of negative energy, ease pain, and stimulate detoxification.
